Is there a pattern in your own life that has resisted understanding? A relationship dynamic, a fear, a recurring theme, a physical symptom. You will be working with your own material throughout this training, so this question is not incidental.

When something in you is strongly activated, what happens? Optional, and useful. The work asks you to stay present under real emotional charge, both in yourself and in a client.
