Exploration, Without a Therapeutic Agenda

A Past-Life Experience

For the genuinely curious, a single session to experience a past life directly, in full waking consciousness, for its own sake. No presenting problem required.

A Different Kind of Session

You don't need to be in pain to be curious.

Most people who seek out past-life work arrive carrying something, a pattern that won't shift, a fear they can't source, a relationship that keeps repeating. Causation Therapy exists to resolve exactly those things, at their root.

But there is another, entirely legitimate reason to explore: you simply want to know. You've wondered who you have been. You've felt the pull of a place, an era, a face you can't explain. You're drawn to the direct experience of your own continuity, not to fix anything, but to see it for yourself.

This session is built for that curiosity. Dr. Richards guides you to a past-life memory and lets you move through it as a lived experience, in your own words, fully awake and aware the whole time. It is offered with the same rigor and care as any Causation Therapy session, the difference is only in the aim. Here, the experience itself is the point.

What to Expect

How Your Session Unfolds

Every experience is different; some vivid and cinematic, some a quiet, felt knowing. Whatever comes is genuinely yours; nothing is scripted or manufactured.

The shape of the session stays the same: you are guided gently in, you explore, and you are brought fully back, awake and in control the whole way through.

01

Settling In

A brief conversation

No clinical intake, just an easy talk so Dr. Richards understands what draws you and settles you into a calm, unhurried state.

02

The Journey

Attention turns inward

In full waking consciousness, no hypnosis, no trance. You stay aware and can pause at any moment as impressions begin to arrive.

03

The Experience

Move through the life

Rather than analyse it, you experience it, a life, a chapter, a moment that carries weight, while Dr. Richards keeps you oriented and safe.

04

Return

Come back and reflect

You return gently to the present, with a little time to talk about what you experienced and let it land.

An Honest Word

What this is, and what it isn't

Every person experiences this differently. For many it is vivid and moving. For some it arrives quietly, more a felt sense than a cinematic scene, and that is just as real and just as valuable. Dr. Richards will never manufacture an experience for you or tell you what you "should" be seeing; what comes is genuinely yours.

This is an experiential session, not treatment. It is not psychotherapy, not medical care, and not a substitute for either. It's an exploration undertaken by curious, stable people who want to encounter their own depth firsthand.

Occasionally something meaningful stirs, an emotion, a thread that clearly connects to your present life. If that happens, Dr. Richards will hold it with care, and he'll tell you plainly if what surfaced would be better served by a full Causation Therapy session. There's never any pressure to continue. The exploration is complete in itself; the deeper work is simply available if you want it.

The Other Reason People Come

When the Question Is Not Curiosity

Curiosity is one reason to sit down for this. It is not the only one, and it is not always the real one.

Some people arrive facing their own death. Some have lost someone and cannot find the end of it. Some simply cannot put down the question of what happens next, and have found that no book, no sermon and no conversation has settled it, because reading another person's account of something is not the same as having been there yourself.

That difference is the whole point. When you move through a past life and come out the other side of its ending, you are not persuaded of anything. You were there. Whatever you take from that afterward is yours, and it does not depend on believing anything in advance.

Most people who have that experience do not reorganize their lives around it. But they no longer wonder in quite the same way. Death has become a passage from one state to another rather than a full stop, and that tends to stay with them whether or not they do anything else about it.

Some years ago a young woman came to Dr. Richards having been told her illness was terminal and given a length of time to expect. What frightened her was not the dying but the not knowing. In one session she was able to see why she had come into this life at all, and to meet her guide, who welcomed her ahead of her transition. She left without fear of it. She chose to go through her illness to its natural end, and did so at peace.

If you are somewhere in this, you do not need a presenting problem to book a session and you will not be asked to produce one. Come as you are.

Is This for You?

A Good Fit If

This session is for the genuinely curious, people drawn to explore, not to fix a problem. You might see yourself in more than one of these.

A Simple Question

Is this for me?

Genuine curiosity

You want to experience a past life directly, not just read about the idea.

An unexplained pull

You feel drawn to a time, place, or culture you can't quite account for.

Ready for direct experience

You've done inner work and want a firsthand encounter, not more talking about it.

A recurring image

A face, a landscape, or an era keeps surfacing, and you'd like to follow it.

A taste of the method

You'd like to experience Dr. Richards' work before considering deeper sessions.

Drawn to continuity

You're intrigued by the soul's journey across lifetimes and want to feel it, not just believe it.

A meaningful gift

You want a genuinely unusual, moving experience, for yourself or someone you love.

Steady and open

You're grounded and curious, coming from interest rather than crisis.

This session is best undertaken from a place of steadiness and curiosity. If you're currently in acute distress or crisis, or working through a serious mental-health condition, the full Causation Therapy path, or care with your own provider, is the right starting point, and Dr. Richards is glad to talk that through with you first.
